Index with knives includes four cutting boards featuring index-style tabs to indicate which food type they should be used for e.g. raw meat, vegetables, fish and cooked food. All boards have non-slip feet and sloped edges to catch any stray food and juices. They also have knife-friendly cutting surfaces and the case has a non-slip base. The set also includes four knives with stainless steel blades designed to suit each of the foods for each of the boards and are also colour-coded to match the corresponding board. The knives include knives: 7" Cook's knife, 3½" Paring knife, 6½" All-purpose knife and 5" Fish knife. Note - Care & Use - Chopping boards are dishwasher safe. Knives are hand wash only and dry immediately, and the storage case should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Like all plastic chopping boards, they will mark slightly during use.
